Shipping & returns

Level 4 lockdown update: Unfortunately we're not able to operate during the level 4 lockdown as we're not an essential business. Once Auckland moves down to level 3 we will be able to have a staff member on site so we will be offering contactless pick up from our showroom & will be couriering orders then.


What are your postage costs?

We send everything tracked by courier and have flat fees for shipping depending on location. Our current charges are:

Auckland region (standard) $5.00
Auckland region (rural delivery & Waiheke Island) $8.50

North Island outside of Auckland - standard $6.50
North Island outside of Auckland - rural delivery $10.00

South Island - standard $7.50
South Island - rural delivery $11.50

Note: there are some items NOT covered by our standard shipping fees but these will be noted on the individual items (mainly fragile/bulky items).

We can arrange a delivery via Urgent Couriers within Auckland of helium filled balloons. Delivery fees during standard working hours Mon-Fri start from $25 - if you let us know how many bunches you need and the delivery address we are happy to provide a quote for you. Please note: courier deliveries are contactless but for all balloon deliveries someone will need to be home to accept the delivery so the balloons don’t fly away!

What is the expected delivery time?

Orders placed and paid for before 12 noon each week day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order is sent, it should take between one and four business days to reach you (within New Zealand). If your order is urgent please contact us before placing your order so we can let you know if your order will arrive in time.

Can you send my order to a PO Box?

All items are sent by courier to physical addresses only (we are unable to send to PO Box or Private Bag numbers sorry.)

Do you ship overseas?

We’re happy to send orders overseas but you’ll need to contact us to arrange it as our online orders can only be sent to a New Zealand address.

What is your refund/return policy?

Please choose carefully – we do not offer refunds if you change your mind.

If you receive your products and they are not what you expected, please let us know straight away though and we’ll do our best to sort it out! 

If any of your items arrive damaged please contact us within five days of receiving your package. Please ensure all packaging is retained. We will contact the courier company and arrange compensation or replacement products for you as soon as possible. Please note we may request photographic evidence to provide to our courier.

Please note if you have purchased your product in store then you must produce the original receipt as proof of purchase.
