Where are you located?

Our retail store is at 90 Mount Eden Road, Mount Eden, Auckland.

Our opening hours are:

  • Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm
  • Saturday - 9am - 4pm
  • Sunday - closed
  • Public holidays - closed

What are your postage costs?

We send everything tracked by courier and have flat fees for shipping depending on location. Our current charges are:

Auckland region (standard) $5.00
Auckland region (rural delivery & Waiheke Island) $8.50
All other regions within NZ (standard) $6.50
All other regions within NZ (rural delivery) $10.00

PLEASE NOTE: we currently have a 15% surcharge for South Island deliveries due to disruptions to the rail and road network post the recent earthquake, this is being charged by the freight companies and as soon as capacity returns and they remove the surcharge we will reduce the pricing also

Note: there are some items NOT covered by our standard shipping fees but these will be noted on the individual items (mainly fragile/bulky items).

Pixie Party Supplies reserves the right to amend these prices without notice at any time.

What is the expected delivery time?

Orders placed and paid for before 12 noon each week day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order is sent, it should take between one and four business days to reach you (within New Zealand). If your order is urgent please contact us before placing your order so we can let you know if your order will arrive in time.

Can you send my order to a PO Box?

All items are sent by courier to physical addresses only (we are unable to send to PO Box or Private Bag numbers sorry.)

Do you ship overseas?

We’re happy to send orders overseas but you’ll need to contact us to arrange it as our online orders can only be sent to a New Zealand address.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept payments through our online shop using a credit card or Paypal. Alternatively you can credit our bank account. Please note: Full payment must be received and cleared within five days of your order being placed (unless otherwise agreed prior to your order being placed) or your order will be cancelled.

What is your refund/return policy?

Please choose carefully – we do not offer refunds if you change your mind.

If you receive your products and they are not what you expected, please let us know straight away though and we’ll do our best to sort it out! 

If any of your items arrive damaged please contact us within five days of receiving your package. Please ensure all packaging is retained. We will contact the courier company and arrange compensation or replacement products for you as soon as possible. Please note we may request photographic evidence to provide to our courier.

Please note if you have purchased your product in store then you must produce the original receipt as proof of purchase. 

A product is showing as out of stock on the website, will it be available at your retail store?

All the stock available on our website is also available in our retail store so unfortunately that also means anything out of stock on the website will also be out of stock in store. If you would like to enquire as to when an item will be back in stock please contact us and let us know which products and when you need them by and we will let you know if we can get them in time for your event.

I’m looking for a specific product for a party, are you able to source it for me?

We regularly add new lines so it’s worth asking the question! If there is anything that you’d like, but can’t find on our website please get in touch and we’ll do our best to find it for you.

And if you’d like us to source something you’ve seen in shops or on another website, please let us know.

How secure is your website?

Very! All credit card details are processed through Paypal.

Can I collect my order?

Our retail store is located at 90 Mount Eden Road, Mount Eden, Auckland. We're at the Eden Terrace end of the road. If you would like to collect an order from us you are welcome to do so. Note: your order will be available the following day.

Do you fill helium balloons?

Yes we now offer helium filled balloons at our retail store. Prices start from $2.60 for a plain coloured 11" balloon filled & tied with ribbon. Bulk orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Do you sell wholesale?

What are your terms and conditions?

All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars. Pixie Party Supplies reserves the right to amend prices at any time.

Goods will be dispatched only once full payment for goods and shipping have been received and cleared in our bank account. Full payment must be received and cleared within 5 days of your order being placed (unless otherwise agreed prior to your order being placed) or your order will be cancelled.

Accepted methods of payment are credit card payment via Pay Pal or direct credit to our bank account.
All items are sent by courier to New Zealand physical addresses only (we are unable to send to PO Box or Private Bag numbers) or can be collected from us by prior arrangement.

Pixie Party Supplies collects and retains information about its customers to:

  • Advise customers of new products or services
  • Statistically analyse site usage and products purchased

This information is held on our database and is not made available to any other party. Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993 you have the right to access any personal information held about you and correct or delete such information if required.
